Our spring honey is one of the lightest and most delicate we produce. Gathered from the first flush of blossom, fruit trees and wildflowers, it has a clean, fresh sweetness that sets it apart from summer harvests. This is what honey tastes like before the summer heat deepens everything.

English Spring Honey Set

Our pure, natural honey is a testament to the beekeeping traditions and values which have guided our family business for years.

Our English Spring Honey Set has a sweet, floral taste due to the early blossoms and oil seed rape available to the bees when they produce honey at this time of year.

Due to the higher levels of Glucose in these pollens, Spring honey is more likely to become set over a shorter period of time. The colour of our honey will vary based on the nectar our bees collect. For this reason, natural honey will vary each year. Woodstock English Honey is 100% pure and natural, with nothing added or taken away.

Each jar of honey is extracted, bottled & labelled by myself (Chris). By doing so, we ensure the best quality products are leaving our Woodstock HQ before making their way to you. Standard jars are a net weight of 340G, and partner together perfectly with our range of honey dippers to get right to the bottom of the jar!

Our Woodstock mission is to attend local events and support the wider community in raising awareness around the importance of beekeeping and it’s heritage, so it can continue to flourish for many generations to come.

Perfect for everyday use. Our English Spring Honey can be an addition to your toast, porridge or yogurt as a sweet topping. It’s also ideal for baking. Honey is an ideal replacement for refined sugars.

Store at room temperature. Please note that crystallisation may naturally occur due to it being a natural product. If this happens, place jar in warm water and gently warm back to a texture you prefer.
