Our pure, natural honey is a testament to the beekeeping traditions and values which have guided our family business for years.

Each jar of honey is extracted, bottled & labelled by myself (Chris). By doing so, we ensure the best quality products are leaving our Woodstock HQ before making their way to you.

Our Hertfordshire Honey Twin Gift Sett is perfect for honey lovers, who love both set and runny honey. Each pack contains an information sheet on Woodstock and our Honey.  Included in our quality gift boxes are the following items:

One jar of our Hertfordshire Spring Honey, which has a sweet, floral taste due to the early blossoms and oil seed rape available to the bees when they produce honey at this time of year.

One jar of our Hertfordshire Summer Honey, which will be a runny jar of honey produced from wildflower and bramble nectars.

Each jar is extracted from our hives in Hertfordshire.

If you prefer one type of honey over the other then you can select to have 2 jars of one type using the quantity options.

Hertfordshire Honey Twin Gift Set

The colour of our honey will vary based on the nectar our bees collect. For this reason, natural honey will vary each year. Woodstock English Honey is 100% pure and natural, with nothing added or taken away.

Honey bee colonies are now very rarely found in the wild, so healthy honey bee populations rely on local beekeepers. All our honey is produced from our own collection of hives, local to us in Ashridge, Hertfordshire. These apiaries produce us small batches of honey, each one special to us and our countryside. Working to traditional beekeeping methods, we maintain healthy apiaries and work in partnership with local landowners to ensure the best quality products reach you and your families.

Our Woodstock mission is to attend local events and support the wider community in raising awareness around the importance of beekeeping and it’s heritage, so it can continue to flourish for many generations to come.

Serving suggestions:
Perfect for everyday use. Our English Spring Honey can be an addition to your toast, porridge or yogurt as a sweet topping. It’s also ideal for baking. Honey is an ideal replacement for refined sugars.

This product is suitable for Vegetarians.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months of age.

Store at room temperature. Please note that crystallisation may naturally occur due to it being a natural product. If this happens, place jar in warm water and gently warm back to a texture you prefer.
