Sale of live bees
With the sale of live bees, we cannot be 100% accurate with collection dates, we are under no obligation to supply within a specific time frame due to the nature of the trade. The customer understands that we have a duty by law to notify the Animal and Plant Health Agency of your purchase, if requested, under the terms of the Bee Diseases and Pests control (England) order 2006 and that our collection and use of this information complies with the terms and conditions data protection act.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English.

Description of products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy.
Returns
Woodstock English Honey do not except the return of goods. Faulty goods to be notified to Woodstock English Honey over email at orders@woodstockenglishhoney.com.
Any moneys taken in deposits are completely non-returnable – under the Distance Selling Regulations bees are perishable items. Only in the event we are unable to supply you are entitled to a full refund.
Any replacement items (queens/nucleus/packages/hives) are to be fully returned at the buyers expense as received, and examined by us to inspect your problem and authenticity of your problem before a refund or replacement is supplied by us. If we have a suspicion that you have returned a different item to that supplied by us, or we feel the item has been incorrectly mistreated you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. After we have confirmed your claim, we will refund you within 14 days.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below).
